■ Registration fee can be paid by credit card through the Web page / by credit card or cash in onsite registration.

■ The standard of date and time is applied on KST / UCT +9:00

■ Payments for registration can only be made using VISA, MASTER, or JCB Cards.

■ We recommend using the Chrome or Edge browsers for the ISOFIC website.

Policy on Event Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers:


Event cancellations and transfer requests must be received in writing to info@planwiz.co.kr. Please read the below policy carefully.

1. Registrations cancelled by October 31, 2024 are eligible for a full refund minus the $150 administrative and processing fee.
2. Cancellations past October 31, 2024 will not be eligible for refund.
3. To avoid cancellation fees, if a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement and approval by ISOFIC, someone else to attend in their place from the same company. Transfer requests must be made in writing to info@planwiz.co.kr by November 15, 2024.
4. Early bird rate registrations must be paid before October 31, 2024 or the registration fee will revert to the regular rate. All refunds will be issued within one month of the end of the conference.
